Youngest and the only son of the local yakuza. Tetsu grew up in a rather tough yet pampered environment, never receiving much discipline towards his violent nature. Once he entered his teenage years, he began to participate in street fights. (most of the time he initiates them) His father overlooked these fights, believing "that's just the way the boy grows". This brash and aggressive personality progressed all the way until middle school.

One day during his final year in middle school, he went to drink at his favourite bar,(it was a bar his family had connections to thus the underage drinking) only to find his usual seat being occupied by two strangers. Pissed off, he initiated a fight with them… and was defeated moments later… even after his two henchmen came in to help, they were both effortlessly defeated.

The two boys' display of skills in fighting amazed Tetsu, they interested him. And as odds would have it, Tetsu and the boys from the bar formed a broship. He learned that they were only highschool students attending Rousseau Academy, and they used fake IDs to get into the bar.(which Tetsu found to be pretty boss and cool-)

- Out of the four sisters he has, he does not get along with the eldest. The 21 year university student thinks Tetsu is nothing but incompetent, and think he is not fit to be the next leader. She was also the one to challenge Tetsu to run for class rep, he accepted and the result was well... more than what he asked for.
