★ Background:
Chiaki admired the outer space. Her childhood dream was to become an astronaut when she grows up. This of course was an incredibly difficult path, and Chiaki is prepared for whatever hardships that might follow. She’s well aware of the physical exam that she’s required to pass, and this became the reason why she always tries to stay fit and healthy.
Although that was nothing but a child’s dream, she has long abandoned this dream. Not because she didn’t want to keep up with the difficult path that lies ahead. It was because the fact that she will be away from her friends and family for too long, and that was too much for her. However even after she abandoned this dream, her athletic spirit remains.
